One of the newest attractions you should watch out for this summer at Disney California Adventure Park is the Guardians of the Galaxy- Mission: Breakout. This daring adventure will replace the Tower of Terror and will open this May 27.

The Guardians of Galaxy- Mission: Breakout is only one of the many events that you must watch out for this summer as part of what Disney calls a “marvel makeover”. Visitors and guests will get a chance to encounter Star Lord, Spiderman, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and the lovable Guardians of Galaxy character, Groot.

Mission: Breakout will involve visitors in an adventure that will assist Rocket Raccoon in helping his friends escape from the Collector’s Fortress. This exhilarating ride is a multi-sensorial treat which will feature sights and sounds from the movie.

Events at Guardians of the Galaxy

Visitors will have the chance to meet and interact with Groot, Spiderman, and Captain America every day. There will also be a Guardians of the Galaxy Dance Face-off with your favorite superheroes.

There are limited experiences that you need to watch out for like the Avengers Training Initiative in which your Avenger favorites, Hawkeye, and Black Widow will assemble visitors as their new recruits. You can also catch the elusive Black Widow in the Avengers vehicle mingling with visitors at the park.

If you want to take home Guardians of the Galaxy souvenirs, there will be superhero- themed merchandise and food available at the park.
